Description
Model G-100DKRS has mechanically joined keylock every three inches, making them ideal for use in areas with heavy rolling loads. Rugged Scrub treads are suitable for interior and exterior use and don?t develop traffic patterns.
Construction
Treads joined by keylock bars spaced 3"(76.2mm) o.c. with extruded bio-based & recycled pvc free polymer blend tread cushions spaced 24" (609.6mm) o.c.
Tread
Rugged Scrub tread insert: Crimped solution-dyed 600 denier polypropylene fibers, tufted into a woven double backing and mechanically secured to tread rails.

General note regarding sustainability and environmental impact:
While not a requirement for LEED, please note that cushions and hinges on all mats and grates are PVC-free. They are made from corn-based biopolymer blended with either recycled low-density or recycled high-density polyethylene.
