Description
Model G-550 thin line waffle grates feature striations cut perpendicular to tread rails to create a waffle pattern that is ideal for multi-directional traffic. Waffle grates are constructed with keylocks standard every three inches.
Construction
Extruded tread 5/8" (15.9mm) wide with striations cut into surface perpendicular to the tread length at 3/4" (19.1mm) o.c.; when assembled, surface shall appear as 5/8" (15.9mm) squares across the entire grate. Tread rails shall be spaced 3/4" (19.1mm) o.c. and joined by keylock bars spaced 3" (76.2mm) o.c. Extruded vinyl cushions spaced spaced 24" (609.6 mm) o.c.

General note regarding sustainability and environmental impact:
While not a requirement for LEED, please note that cushions and hinges on all mats and grates are PVC-free. They are made from corn-based biopolymer blended with either recycled low-density or recycled high-density polyethylene.
