Description
Model G-250RT has hollow extrusion rails that can handle heavy rolling loads. Treads are held in place by end caps, which create a clean edge and eliminate the need for rivets.
Construction
Hollow extrusion (not U shape) rails joined by low-density polyethylene (LDPE) hinge and cushion retained in "captive" aluminum tread port, with drainage holes to allow debris and moisture to flow through grate. Tread hinges to be secured with rigid nylon end cap. Use flexible black plastic fillers to create a snug fit for the grate.

General note regarding sustainability and environmental impact:
While not a requirement for LEED, please note that cushions and hinges on all mats and grates are PVC-free. They are made from corn-based biopolymer blended with either recycled low-density or recycled high-density polyethylene.
