Description
Model M-600 mats have aluminum hinges and all aluminum rails. Unlike mats with hidden vinyl under-channels or vinyl rails, aluminum rail mats are suitable for commercial applications. They maintain their integrity in all weather conditions.
Construction
Integral aluminum hinge with drain holes to allow debris and moisture to flow through the mat.
Tread
100% nyon fiber fusion bonded to backing and mechanically secured to tread rails.

General note regarding sustainability and environmental impact:
While not a requirement for LEED, please note that cushions and hinges on all mats and grates are PVC-free. They are made from corn-based biopolymer blended with either recycled low-density or recycled high-density polyethylene.
